I really really salute this girl! Yesterday's paper, about this amazing girl who is 32 years old, who weighed 208 kg, last year, managed to shed off 120 kg, and NOW weigh at 88kg! She did that by NOT eating RICE for 1 year!!!!!! Goshhhh, the diet myth of not eating rice might be true after all. Her daily diet consists of vegetables and lean protein, with some light exercise.
