Janet and I did a barter system few days ago, her bagel in exchange of the "ayam masak lemak cili padi". The bagel came with strict instruction to heat them up in oven (i had to heat them instead in a non stick pan, since "owning an oven" is still my unfulfilled wish list wakakakakak!).
Dinner last night was this bagel and green tea (to add "healthy" element to diet). OMG! the bagel was delicious with a capital D! I didn't expect them to taste that good. The exterior skin (hmmmmm..not a very appropriate term for food kan), quite crispy, and when u chew them, the texture was solid, something like the Chinese Cha Kui. I had it with cream cheese and pineapple chunks(a must for Whimsy) filling.
