Rocky Mountain

Yesterday was supposed to continue putting up christmas deco at home. Got distracted by cravings for chocolate. Tried to do Nigella's rocky ....something (I really couldn't remember the name of this recipe....Rocky Mountain ja yg keluar di kepala). But it certainly not Rocky Mountain.
Easy peasy (hahahahahaha) no cooking involved. Ingredients: Crushed biscuits, marshmellow, almond (whimsical's addition), chocolate, nescafe.
Melt choc and add few tablespoon of milk, 2 teaspoons of nescafe (to add bitterness and deep chocolate color). Pour melted heavenly choc on the misture of crushed biscuit, marsmallow and almond. Put in fridge till harden. Hmmm..yummy. First pic above is the end product of the Rocky Mountain.
Pic above - velvety dark melted choc poured onto mixture.
Pic below, the ingredients.

Extra melted choc pour onto an otherwise plain choc cake....
Dark bitter choc melting (don't forget to add nescafe to add extra "twang").

This definitely will be a menu for Christmas.

I love chocolate. Luckily, it would be difficult to get marshmellows here so that's one I won't be able to eat.
