"Tarap" is a local fruit ('m not sure its scientific name), commonly found in Sabah. Physically it is roundish in shape with hairy (not soft) skin. When ripe the outer skin is easily opened by pressing gently onto the skin to reveal clusters of heavenly mini "fruits" inside. Each with milky white seeds inside. It tastes heavenly, very milky sweet with no strong smell.
Hehehhehehe jgn panik sri bukan aku bikin kek tarap. The cake is a result after being "renovated". Niece Nia (niece N) had been pestering for a chocolate cake since ages ago. All materials are store bought and assemble at home. The cake is a plain butter cake, then i just made the choc icing and add store bought pink flowers. Very 70's flower power.
