Hai everyone. (Special greetings to e-ding!). Apologize for the long update. Won't be able to post daily update for the next 2 weeks due to whimsical RIGHT hand being injured (injured tendon). Physiotherapist advised to "encase" right hand Ala Silence of the Lamb to minimize movement of the hand. It is a challenge to do things using the left hand only. Take care u'ol.

injury yg dulu tu.5 months ago.yg i salah angkat setakat 1.5k dumbell, aft that i pi merimbas di keningau.rupanya si urat ada luka, dan makin lama makin luka.rupanya inda boleh digoyang wrist atu.cissss seperti hj said, tahun ani tahun "malapetaka" wakakakakakak!
