Fuuyoooooooohhhhh!!!!

I really really salute this girl! Yesterday's paper, about this amazing girl who is 32 years old, who weighed 208 kg, last year, managed to shed off 120 kg, and NOW weigh at 88kg! She did that by NOT eating RICE for 1 year!!!!!! Goshhhh, the diet myth of not eating rice might be true after all. Her daily diet consists of vegetables and lean protein, with some light exercise.
A very very big congratulations to the amazing Mazliwati!! Yupppp people, when there is a will, there is a way.

mana boleh ndak makan nasi....nanti kepunan ooOoo....but mmg its true juga kalau ndak makan nasi mmg boleh kurus. nasi consists of carbs...kalau ndak exercise, the carbs jadi lemaks. Nasi is the culprit. Even Rosma AF, Haziq AF terkurus pasal ndak makan nasi. just my personal opinion. Probably differs with you all. Heheheh...

Yo lo, susah sikit we asian to go withour rice. our staple food kan, esp with sambal belachan (u.lee punya one of conditions to choose a wife, must make wicked sambal belacan)..heheheeh
